Hoje vamos conhecer um pouco do mundo dos sons binaurais ou "drogas digitais".
Today we are going to know a little about binoaural beats or "digital drugs".
Imagine um futuro próximo quando doenças sejam curadas não por medicamentos químicos mas através de ondas sonoras. Ficção científica? pode-ser , mas o fato é que a ação da música e dos sons sobre o organismo é uma questão estudada desde civilizações muito antigas.
Os sons binaurais, ou drogas digitais como são vulgarmente conhecidos são ondas alfa, beta , teta , etc..que supostamente colocam o ouvinte em estado de relaxamento e cura. Tecnicamente, duas frequências com diferenças minimas são postadas em cada canal, direito e esquerdo. Ao escutar o sons através de fones de ouvido, o nosso cérebro realiza uma espécie de reprocessamento, o que teoricamente nos leva à um estado de relaxamento.
Figure a near future when illness could be cured not by chemical medicine but towards sound waves. Science fiction? Maybe, but it is true that the action of the sounds and the music into the living organisms is an old issue related to very ancient civilizations.
Binaural beats AKA digital drugs are alpha, beta and theta waves (and so on) that supposedly put the listener into a state of relaxaxion and healing
Tecnically, two frequencies with few differences are put in each channel, right and left.
When listening to the sounds through headphones, our brains startrs making some kind of re-processing , that, theoretically lead us to a state of deep relaxation.
Apesar de ter utilizado a técnica em alguns momentos, a música "Digital drugs" é uma experiência poética. Para obter o efeito de relaxamento é necessário no mínimo uns quinze minutos de reprodução repetida da mesma frequência.
Although sometimes I used the binaural technique, the music "Digital drugs" is only a poetical exploitation of the idea.
In order to obtain the relaxation effect in its full capacity it would be needed to repeat the same frequency for fifteen minutes at least.
